Massage and Self-Care: Unlock your brainpower with Grounding

  • Are you struggling with mental clarity, creativity, and focus?

  • Do you wish you could reach more goals, and excel with your best ideas?

Take a deeper look at your daily and weekly Self-Care routine. Unlocking your brain power doesn't "just happen". It takes more than thinking your way to...your best thinking. You can't manifest without a plan, and then the discipline to follow through with every step in your plan.

However...there are some self-care hacks to unlock your most creative mindset and clearest thoughts. The secret is...Grounding.

Not all self-care activities are created equal. Some activities make us feel good about ourselves, like getting a manicure or haircut, or retail therapy. Others improve your health, like cooking healthy dishes, and increasing your water consumption. But they don't have the "magic touch" that grounding activities have.

Grounding activities work on a deeper, more systemic level. That means that they effect some organ systems directly, but they have great indirect benefits on other bodily systems, too. Here is how "systemic" benefits work: For example, when you eat nutritious foods that are high in fiber, such as cherries, broccoli, eggplant, and leafy greens, they directly enhance your digestive system. They clean out your colon. They contribute to healthy gut flora. They make you feel satisfied after a meal. And they keep the digestive tract moving efficiently. But did you know that these nutritious foods also improve your muscles, your blood and heart, and your brain?

Grounding activities have the highest systemic value of any of your daily or weekly activities, and they all benefit your brain directly and indirectly. Some grounding activities should be done daily, like sleeping and exercise. Others can be done one or more times per week, like massage and getting outdoors.

Unlock your creativity, goal achievement, mental clarity and focus, and your best ideas by establishing a Self-Care routine that specifically includes more Grounding activities each day and week. Then, you have to stick to a plan. Unwavering, create a schedule and practice your grounding activities. Without considering excuses, options, or opt-outs, do those activities without thinking twice, without question.
